Continuing my women empowerment series, this custom armature speaks of a women being released into the sky. She has branched out in an organic nature from the land and tree. The sky is the limit for her. Technically I used two hammer and hardy set ups. One for cutting down all the stone and the other for the smalti and glass. Notice the andamento movement created from the hard edges of the mosaic pieces and the curved 3D armature shape.
